    Deputy Centre Manager - 1 year FTC Maternity Cover, West Malling, KentSalary £34KWe are working with a leading provider of commercial Business Centres in the Southeast offering flexible workspace for nearly 200 small and growing businesses.

    They are looking to recruit a deputy Centre Manager on a 12 months FTC (Maternity Cover)The deputy Centre Manager will be based in their centre in West Malling.

    They are looking to recruit a professional individual to effectively support the manager and their team and to ensure the business customers are provided with excellent customer service.

    The main aspects of the role are - To support the Centre Manager and other members of the team to ensure that their customers are provided with all the services to which they are entitled.

    To ensure the maintenance of robust H & S and Fire Procedures.

    To deputise for the Centre Manager (CM) and undertakes all associated responsibilities in the absence of the CM.To be familiar with the Company Values and at all times behave in a manner that is entirely consistent with these values.

    The ideal person - Ideally you will have experience in a similar role.

    As well as supporting the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring their customers are provided will a full range of business support services.

    Essential skillsWelcoming and professional personality to engage with customers and colleaguesGood knowledge of all Microsoft packagesGood knowledge of IT and able to resolve basic technical issuesExcellent administration skillsGood knowledge of Health & Safety & fire proceduresAspire Personnel Ltd acts as an employment business for interim positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
