    Description

    Due to growth, we are in search of a Field Care Supervisor to become part of our team in Lewisham.

    Responsibilities of the Field Care Supervisor:

    • Guiding new team members
    • Ensuring compliance in the field (including quality checks, spot inspections, and hospital discharges)
    • Supporting client evaluations, assessments, and ADLs
    • Addressing issues as directed by Managers

    Requirements for the Field Care Supervisor role:

    • Prior experience in evaluating vulnerable clients at their residences
    • Familiarity with essential safety equipment in the community
    • Professional and quick to address identified risks
    • Familiarity with local regulatory compliance and CQC standards
    • Advocate for Service user rights
    • Proficient in Mental Capacity Assessments, Care Planning, and Risk Assessments
    • Effective communicator, well-organized, and skilled in Word and Excel

    This position demands flexibility and is not based in an office.

    Availability for weekend shifts, on-call duties, as well as morning and evening rotations is necessary due to the operational requirements. The team manager establishes the roster to ensure equal distribution of tasks.
