    Head of Sales

    What They Expect from You:

    • Sales Expertise: Previous experience in a sales position with excellent selling, negotiating and communication skills, highly motivated and target driven. Have a strong phone presence and experience, happy to pick up the phone and get through to those hard-to-reach high level ideal prospects. Successful experience using/deploying Hubspot is a plus.
    • Customer Engagement: Engage confidently with excellent written and verbal skills to promote and sell products to existing and new customers. Be proficient and have great presentation skills. Be able to understand customer needs and requirements. Establish, develop, and maintain customer relationships.
    • Team Spirit: Thrive as part of a collaborative team, taking initiative, following instructions, and embracing established processes.
    • Tech Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of MS Office is essential, and familiarity with CRM practises is desirable. Oh, and the ability to multitask is a must
    • Management Experience: Must be able to manage and lead the sales teams confidently and assertively.
    • Analytical Thinking: You will need to analyse patterns, understand the consumer base, and study the sales department's performance.
    • The Right Attitude: Resilient, persistent, full of energy, and always positive.
    • An Open Mind: Or rather a mind like a sponge, always keen to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.

    Key Objectives of the Role:

    • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand their customer base.
    • Supervise and investigate sales performance - monitor changes in the industry that could affect sales performance and examine other factors that disrupt performance, finding ways to improve revenue and meet sales targets.
    • Define an integrated sales and marketing strategy incorporating product and technical solutions and value proposition that maximises short- and long-term customer growth opportunities.
    • Understand the importance of maintaining their company's core values in every action undertaken.
