    Do you have a solid background in admin and customer service? Are you seeking a temporary, hybrid opportunity in the higher education sector? Signature Recruitment is partnered with our client, a renowned London university, to recruit a Programme Officer for their Distance Learning team.

    This temporary, full-time position has an immediate start and will run for 10 weeks. The hybrid working structure offers a blend of on-campus and remote work.

    In your role as Programme Officer, you'll be at the heart of the university's efforts to deliver outstanding distance learning experiences.

    You will be the first point of contact for students and academic staff. You'll handle queries through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, or electronic media.

    Your work will be crucial in supporting the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate distance learning programmes, ensuring that all student lifecycle activities are conducted smoothly.

    This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage online courses, organise lectures, and support students, including those studying abroad.

    Serve as the primary contact for student and academic staff inquiries, offering support and guidance.
    Set up and manage online courses using the Virtual Learning Environment, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
    Organise and facilitate online lectures, including the coordination of occasional in-person courses abroad.
    Provide comprehensive support to students, addressing queries online and in person to enhance their learning journey.
    Experience with Virtual Learning Environments in higher education would be ideal.
