- Successful candidates should have demonstrable management within an injection moulding environment, with automotive experience a distinct advantage however other industries will be considered.
- Manage, coach and develop your production team to ensure successful programme delivery and culture.
- Drive the creation and implementation of best practice manufacturing vision, strategy and operation.
- Comply with health and safety policy and procedures, local practices and control measures and report risks, accidents or near misses promptly to contribute to a safe workplace.
- Demonstrable experience of managing within an injection moulding environment
- Experience within automotive manufacturing
- Good technical knowledge of injection moulding machinery, automation equipment and processes
- Strong leadership and people management skills
