    Description

    We have an exciting new vacancy arisen in our ever expanding Health & Science Department for Full-Time Industry Placement Coordinator.

    Work in conjunction with the lead work experience coordinator and lead industry placement co-ordinator to ensure a high-quality student experience.

    Liaising with local NHS Trusts, health and social care providers and other colleges to organise student placements and pastoral visits.

    To be flexible particularly in dealing with busy employers.
    Skills, knowledge and expertise Qualifications and training

    Level 2 qualification (GCSE A* – C, or equivalent) in maths and English or a willingness to attain these qualifications with the support of the College.

    A car owner with full driving licence, as the post involves visiting employers and students in placement
    Understanding of data protection legislation
    Experience of providing advice, guidance and/or education to young people and/or adults
