    £23,000 - £30,000 My Dorset based client is a leader within their niche that provides innovativebespoke solutions to enhance Amazon sales for their impressive portfolio of B2Band B2C customers. Amazon Account Support Executive - Due to an increase in growth and business demand, my client is actively seeking multiple Amazon AccountSupport Executives to join their team, to support the business in multiple area's including Advertising, SEO and Commercial Account Managers. This entry level position will enable you to gain valuable experience - learning how every vertical within the business functions, which will help you decide which direction you would like your career to progress into.

    As a forward-thinking employer - our client's main criteria is for the preferred candidates to be passionate about ecommerce and wiling to learn Amazon. Driven, personable and as an individual who wants to learn and progress within an excitingcompany.

    There is not a need for prior Amazon or AccountManagement experience for this role – only a passion to learn Amazon and allthings e-commerce from one of the best in the industry

    Responsibilities

    • Work with the wider team toensure projects are delivered and clients Amazon Business sales continues toscale
    • Work closely with the SEO team and oversee and optimise product listings using strong knowledge of keywordresearch, Amazon algorithms and keyword search rankings (All included intraining)
    • Listing creation / Listing Auditing: working closelywith internal teams to ensure clients ASINs are best in class
    • AssetCreation – Work with the Graphic Design team to create engaging Amazonimagery for clients
    • Work with Advertising team to ensure our client's Advertising budget ismaximised and delivering against our agreed strategy
    • Support the Project Management of A+ content and store design
    • Support the monitoring accounts' health and performance metrics and implement strategies toensure account health is kept intact
    Every Account Executive will have a dedicated mentor within the business to help you learn and accelerate your progression within the business.

    Requirements

    • Passion for e-commerce and innovation, someone who is looking toconstantly improve and wants to bring new ideas to the table
    • IT Literate, knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications, with particularly strong skills in Microsoft Excel
    • The ability to process and retain information
    • Great customer service skills and telephone manner
    • Keen interest / passionfor learning all things Amazon
    • Must be a team player

    The successful applicant will receive a competitivesalary and a benefits package that includes an annual bonus, 25 days paid holiday and apension.
