    Description

    The Consultancy Groups Transformation business are collaborating with a global Technology business that is expanding its services across international markets.

    We are seeking an experienced Technology Programme Manager to lead operational changes and drive improvements on a global scale. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing complex projects, optimizing processes, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
    £95-£100 per hour
    Responsibilities

    Strategic Leadership and Execution:

    • Lead and execute international projects, including process enhancements, SWAT analyses, dedicated support improvements, and strategic planning for new campus transitions.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Project Management:
    • Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects, coordinating efforts across team members and third-party contractors.
    • Ensure project delivery according to plan.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different levels and regions.
    • Understand and manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • SWAT Analysis:
    • Conduct Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWAT) analyses to identify improvement opportunities across technologies and processes.

    Resource Coordination:

    • Efficiently allocate and manage resources to complete projects within timelines and budgets.
    • Transformation Leadership:
    • Drive initiatives to streamline operations and enhance service delivery across the international spectrum of Site Services.

    Problem Management:

    • Address and resolve complex issues affecting project operations, effectiveness, and efficiency.
    • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Develop comprehensive reports on project progress, hurdles, milestones, and strategic recommendations.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 7 years in program management, preferably in a technologydriven environment.
    • Proven track record of managing complex international projects and leading transformation initiatives.
    • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including SWAT analyses.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English; additional languages are a plus).
    • Ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholder groups across multiple regions.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
