    55,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience & location)

    My client is a multinational law firm with an excellent reputation in the legal industry who are looking for a Group Resource Manager to join their Property Team in their London, North West, West Midlands or Yorkshire offices on a permanent basis.

    The Resource Manager will be responsible for supporting partners and senior fee earners in the Property Group by identifying capacity and assisting with effective allocation of resource across a national team.

    Liaising with partners and senior fee earners to identify and scope future resourcing requirements across the national team.
    Optimising the allocation of work and the deployment of staff to maximise profitability.
    Acting as trusted advisor to the Group in respect of strategic manpower planning and resourcing.
    Working closely with our pricing and legal project management teams.
    Resolving resourcing conflicts by being creative and innovative in the use of resource.
    Along with proven people management skills with excellent influencing and negotiation skills especially at a senior level. Be able to maintain strong internal and external working relationships and manipulate complex data into comprehensive formats.
