    At Moneybox, we're on a mission to help people turn their money into something greater.

    As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, we are looking for an exceptional Lead Product Manager to join us on a maternity cover basis.

    Reporting into the Director Product, this role is at the heart of our product development, focusing on enhancing our saving and home-buying solutions.

    If you're passionate about making a tangible impact on people's financial well-being and have a knack for turning strategic visions into reality, this is the perfect opportunity to bring your expertise to a team that's shaping the future of personal finance.

    Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

    Agile Leadership:

    Your role helps to clarify the 'why' behind roadmaps and decisions, fostering a shared understanding and commitment to our product vision.


    Experienced Leader:
    With a proven track record in product management, you've successfully launched products and understand the product lifecycle intricacies


    Detail-Oriented Decision Maker:

    Your exceptional attention to detail complements your ability to make informed decisions swiftly, steering projects to success within tight deadlines.

    Your commercial and technical acumen allows you to bridge concepts across marketing and engineering teams seamlessly.

    Ready to lead by example, you're committed to fostering learning and development within your team, offering both mentorship and coaching to a diverse group of product managers.

    Understanding of the general fundamentals of product management and core structural processes i.e. problem recognition, analysis, development, testing, development, retesting, launching etc.
