    Description
    Senior HR Business Partner
    Remote with 1 day a month travel to the Bury St Edmunds area
    £70,000 + car allowance and full benefits package

    An exciting opportunity to work strategically with a multi-site medium sized international organisation in the service sector, the role is to oversee a small team of established HR Business Partners and work with the wider UK and international region to drive the HR people agenda, driving excellence and success working with multiple stakeholders across the Head office and central Region of the UK.

    Realistic travel to the Bury St.

    Partnering with a number of senior stakeholders across the head office functions and operational business areas as well as international locations, developing strong relationships you will deliver the HR agenda being supported by your HRBP team of 3 and the wider HR service centre.

    With a focus on talent, succession planning, as well as engagement and employee development you will design and deliver key priorities across the UK and internationally, continually looking to build on improvement
    A highly strategic role, you will monitor overall performance management, utilising data for key deliverables and working with the wider HR team including the Head of HR and your peers, this is an opportunity for you to really make a difference to the current ways of working
    Identify with your senior stakeholders high performers in the business and ensure there are career paths and development available for them to success and progress
    Work closely with the HR service team to monitor and support with complex ER cases, policy and process queries, being responsible for escalated queries
    Key priorities will also include leadership development through coaching and working on a consistent and commercial approach to everything you do as well as longer term goal
    Experience in a senior HR Business Partner role that is heavily strategic and experience managing a team,
    You will have experience working on a broad range of generalist deliverables such as, talent, coaching, development, employment law, engagement and performance, compensation and analytics to name a few,
    Your customer service and relationship building skills will be first class and the top of your day to day agenda
    Experience problem solving, working with data and partnering with multiple senior stakeholders
    You will have a commercial and strategic outlook and continually seek to improve processes and ways of working
    This role is home based and will require approx.

    once a month to visit the office in the Norfolk /Bury St Edmunds area, you will have complete autonomy as to how you manage your diary.
