    The Associate Director for Enrollment Marketing, Communications, & Events is essential to supporting the Director of Admissions in meeting the enrollment goals and educational mission of PSU .

    The Associate Director for Enrollment Marketing, Communications, & Events will assist with the creation and deployment of a marketing plan that will include:
    digital, print, social media, and branding.

    The Associate Director will also assist with and supervise the on campus events as related to prospective students and families.

    This position has primary responsibility for student recruitment materials/content and ensures that admissions related web pages are accurate and up to date.

    This position will also work with the Director of Admissions in developing, implementing, and monitoring a communication plan.
    Acceptable minimum level of education Bachelor's
    Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to describe University programs and campus culture
    Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for marketing needs
    Proficiency with Excel, Slate, and other data management tools
    Ability to analyze marketing data (i.e. google analytics) and determine ways to increase school's digital presence for recruiting purposes
    The ability to plan, organize and implement programs and projects related to the University's enrollment goals
    Leadership/Management experience; and ability to travel domestically as needed
    Valid driver's license.

    Develop, execute, and manage digital engagement strategies to incoming students, including undergraduate and graduate.
    Assist with the creation and deployment of all print and digital brochures to cover the entire enrollment cycle.
    Monitor and manage communication flows and campaigns deployed throught the CRM for all incoming student populations.
    Monitor all campaign performance and report findings to leadership in the division.
    Relationship management with enrollment and marketing vendors for the purpose of student recruitment and branding within enrollment management.
    Optimize and cultivate webpage for positive and effective user experience for admissions and other student populations
    Assist with planning and delivery of all on campus events.
    Supervise the enrollment events and marketing coordinator
