    Do you have a passion for PR and Event Coordination?     What will really stand out for my client is an individual who has worked as a Marketing Coordinator with experience of Event Coordination and PR within their Marketing role. Whilst it is not essential to have had experience within a medical or B2B environment, you would certainly be at an advantage if you have relevant experience within this sector.

    Duties
    • PR and Event Management
    • Working with the respective marketing manager, marketing team and other stakeholders, plan and execute the end-to-end process of achieving a successful and strong brand presence for at all major exhibitions and events.
    • ·Responsible for working with rest of marketing team to plan & promote events via social media, print, digital & PR, stand graphics and any other activity on stand
    • Responsible for creation and delivery of PR content calendar across trade publishers (print & digital)
    • Responsible for creation, issue and performance metrics for dealer newsletters
    • Build relationships and liaise with editorial teams across all sector publications
    • Liaise with UK and international sales teams for content input and translations, as required
    • Research, write and submit engaging PR copy to publishers
    • Responsible for creation and delivery of PR content calendar across trade publishers (print & digital)
    • Working with internal and external stakeholders, write PR content for trade publications (print & digital), dealer communications, colleague engagement 'stories,' and general copywriting requirements for marketing channels/communications.
    • ·Provide support to marketing team on ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
    • Responsible for working with rest of marketing team to plan & promote events via social media, print, digital & PR, stand graphics and any other activity on stand Assisting the marketing team with all general admin and marketing activities.
    Skills and experience
    • Evidence of event coordination and PR is essential.
    • Degree level qualification or equivalent, Marketing related
    • Excellent project management and communication skills
    • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Outlook skills
    • Minimum 1 years experience within a marketing role
