    Main ResponsibilitiesWe're looking for someone who truly cares about the work they do. You'll be compassionate, and empathetic, with a great eye for detail and a flair for managing complex situations. You'll be a confident communicator, able to build rapport with colleagues, tenants and agencies. Lone working you'll have support from your Team Leader.

    A key responsibility of the post includes the installation of lifeline alarm units within the homes of local tenants and includes all administrative duties related to this task.

    You will also provide daytime cover for our Independent Living Officers (Scheme Managers) on our sheltered housing schemes.
    The Ideal CandidateWe'd love to meet someone with:

    Experience and knowledge of the housing or care environment
    A sensitive and supportive approach to the needs of vulnerable people.
    Experience of carrying out assessments and identifying and managing needs/risks
    The ability to work on your own initiative and make decisions
