    As a Claims Executive, you will play a pivotal role in providing efficient and accurate claims services to benefit both our clients and the market. Reporting to the Claims Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring prompt claim responses and settlements, negotiating complex claims, and offering strategic advice to clients as needed. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with senior-level clients and market stakeholders while contributing to the enhancement of our service proposition.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prompt response and settlement of claims, while maintaining high service standards.
    • Negotiate complex claims with market partners to maximize client retention.
    • Provide strategic advice to clients on claims matters.
    • Attend senior-level client and market meetings to resolve complex claims.
    • Maintain and update internal systems as required.
    • Collaborate with placing teams and other departments to meet overall client needs.
    • Cultivate strong client and market relationships.
    • Prepare statistical claims data for internal and external use.
    • Contribute to presentations and tenders for new and existing clients.
    • Monitor market and legal trends to enhance our service offering.
    • Conduct quality control checks on all documentation.
    • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Promote the brand and values to enhance our reputation in the market.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Previous experience in a similar Marine claims-focused role.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in maintaining client and market relationships.
    • Knowledge of insurance market trends and regulations.
