    Fidarsi are partnering with a Global Asset Manager to hire a Senior HR Manager for EMEA. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Operations Lead to join a leading Investment Firm and be part of a Global team. You will focus on overseeing all operational aspects and deliver high-quality end to end HR transactional and administrative services across the employee lifecycle for EMEA.

    This is a full-time position paying c£100-120k, the exact compensation may vary based on experience, and hybrid working available.

    Duties will include (but are not limited to):

    • Working closely with the HR Director on HR best practices
    • Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process, including immigration and background checks through to successful employee onboarding.
    • Supporting all operational HR activity, including employee relations, addressing employee concerns, sicknesses, and grievances
    • Mid-year and annual performance management processes
    • Administering and reviewing compensation and benefits programs
    • Developing policies and procedures and ensuring HR related documents are fit for purpose and compliant with employment law in each country.
    • Identifying training needs, creating development plans, and facilitating learning and development programs
    • Payroll oversight and approval

    Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

    • Longstanding career in HR strategy and operations.
    • Knowledge of European payroll
    • Has worked within Financial Services/Investment Management
    • Experience of working within a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
    • CIPD qualified.
