    We are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to work on a military base in Benson as part of a Defence contract covering the South of England.

    You will be based at RAF Benson in Wallingford but also when needed offer support to Dalton Barracks in Abingdon and Bicester

    The Facilities Manager will understand how to deliver a seamless customer service while managing our M&E, plumbing and AC service streams to ensure an effective operational delivery.

    You would be responsible for managing subcontractor performance, site compliance while being pivotal in developing an excellent client relationship. The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills and have previously worked on a facilities or service-driven contract. An ideal candidate will have an interest in supporting an MOD contract.
    Day to day relationship with local intelligent client representatives and end users of the service


    • Compliance with the safe system of work and agreed health and safety management controls.
    • Supporting site audits
    • Contract quality and assurance regime, in line with customer guidelines
    • Oversight and monitoring of additional small works activity (ranging up £10k)
    • Undertaking/supporting general facilities contract management activities
    An understanding of Facilities Management
