    Description


    Quant Developer Options & Risk Modelling - Commodity & FXWe're EklipX, a dynamic and innovative start-up developing sophisticated software solutions for derivatives pricing and risk management utilising the latest in serverless technology.

    Key ResponsibilitiesPricing Tools Development:
    Ensure the accuracy and functionality of our pricing tools, Greeks analysis and contribute new features

    Automated Testing:
    Further bolster our automated test bed incorporating in depth industry knowledge to help us build an environment where we can rapidly iterate new functionality and guarantee our steadfast commitment that our published code is of the highest quality

    Stress Testing & Scenario Analysis:
    Define and optimize our stress testing and scenario analysis matrices for comprehensive risk management

    Collaboration:
    Work closely with our founders to develop and implement changes, from validation to production.

    9LinuxGitAzure FunctionsEssential SkillsQuant Proficiency:
    Solid experience with derivatives pricing, particularly in setting up vanilla and exotic models on commodities and FX is requiredPython /

    Developer Experience:

    Proficiency using Python in a TDD and best practice environment, serverless functions with MQ experience desirable but not essential.

    Quantlib experience is a strong plus.


    Risk Management:
    Previous experience in risk management model setup, including model validation, is required

    Team Player:
    Strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues to trading and support functions.

    Completed in your own time and no more than an hour, results submitted via git as a PR of which a code review will form part of your final stage interview

    Final Stage In Person Interview:

    Meet with the founding team, white board a concept of your choice and participate in a code review from your technical submission.

    Employment Type3-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
