    We're partnered up with a prominent player in the live events and entertainment industry, to find a Project Coordinator to join their team based in London.

    Specialising in providing cutting-edge lighting solutions for concerts, festivals, tours, and other large-scale productions, our client offers a comprehensive range of lighting equipment and services, including design, installation, operation, and maintenance.

    Role Overview:

    As a Project Coordinator, you'll ensure seamless project execution from concept to delivery. Acting as a central point of contact, you'll manage and update project information, ensuring stakeholders are informed. Your strong time management skills are crucial for handling multiple projects efficiently. Collaboration with project managers, production teams, and suppliers is essential for smooth operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Concept to Delivery Project Management:

    • Centralise project-related information.
    • Manage time across multiple projects.
    • Support project aspects from booking to event execution.
    • Coordinate international shipping paperwork.
    • Maintain resource requirements in stock management systems.

    Project Resource Management and Coordination:

    • Develop accurate equipment lists from client designs.
    • Secure freelance crew members.
    • Address equipment shortages and liaise with suppliers.
    • Collaborate with the fabrication team for bespoke solutions.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build rapport with clients, suppliers, and crew.
    • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships.
    • Collaborate with other production departments for comprehensive solutions.

    About you:

    Essential:

    • Interest in the Live Events and Touring Industry.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Technically minded with diagnostic problem-solving abilities.
    • Relationship builder and team player.
    • Flexible with the ability to adapt and overcome challenges.
    • Intermediate level Microsoft 365 skills.

    Desirable:

    • Knowledge of the live events industry, lighting, and rigging equipment.
    • Previous experience with rental/stock management systems.
    • Project management skills.
