    Description


    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Coordinator to join a pioneering technology company on an exciting journey of growth based in the West End This will be a fast-paced and hands-on role working closely with the HR Manager.

    You will be part of a small but respected HR function and be able to add value and make a difference in your role.

    This position will suit someone with at least five years hands on HR experience or HR exposure, ideally with a strong legal background (i.e. someone possessing a legal Degree or similar). This is a fantastic time to join an exciting organisation who are at the forefront of what they do.


    Duties will include:
    Preparing and managing employment contractsCoordinating onboarding processes (DBS checks, right to work, references)

    Facilitating new starter inductions and equipment setupAdministering probationary periodsMaintaining HR databases and recordsManaging holiday, sickness, and absence recordsLiaising with payroll and administer benefitsHandling general HR queriesAssisting with ad-hoc projects and tasksMaintaining shared HR inbox and sponsor management systemProducing monthly reports for internal stakeholdersContributing to HR process improvement projectsAssisting with policy and procedure developmentProviding diary management support to the HR Manager etcPerson Specification:

    Previous HR administration experience required, minimum 5 years in a comparable role/environmentProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and TeamsExperience with HR systems preferredExperience in high-volume HR admin roles desirableStrong organisational and diary management skillsDegree qualified; CIPD Level 3 qualification Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environmentExcellent communication skills in EnglishAbility to multitask and prioritise workloadDiscretion, confidentiality, and attention to detailRelationship-building skills across all levels of the organisationIf you're ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment where your ideas and suggestions are encouraged, this could be a great opportunity for youThis is a hybrid role, approximately 3 days per week in the office.

    Salary is up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) plus benefits.
