    Pearse Partners are growing and we're looking for highly motivated Associate Consultants and Consultants to join the team.

    We have opportunity across our M&A, PE and ESG teamsOver the past 6 years we've built Pearse Partners into Leaders within Front Office Financial Services with teams covering Investment Banking (M&A), Private Equity, Credit, Investor Relations & Fundraising and ESG.We have ambitious growth plans and this is a great opportunity to further develop your recruitment experience within a front office role, or pivot your sales career into a recruitment role.


    Responsibilities:
    Actively source and qualify candidates relevant to your sector i.

    e PE, M&A, ESGMarket map for live and upcoming rolesWork with senior members of the team on the full job life cycle, from initial briefing call to salary negotiationAttend meetings with both candidates and clients building long lasting relationshipsWork closely with the marketing team to help produce salary survey, credentials, white papers and other marketing materialTake advantage of ongoing training and development to become an expert in your sectorQualificationsBachelor's degree or further education6+ months experience in a recruitment or sales role with proven ability to hit targetsProactive and OrganisedConfident phone manner with excellent written and verbal communicationPersonable with the ability to build relationships internally and externallyBenefits:
