    I've partnered with a HealthTech company dedicated to revolutionising the healthcare industry through innovative digital solutions.

    Their mission is to enhance patient care, improve outcomes, and streamline processes for healthcare professionals.

    They are seeking a passionate and creative Product Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building cutting-edge products that will shape the future of healthcare.

    As a Product Designer you will play a crucial role in designing user-centric solutions that address the complex challenges faced by healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and iterate on digital products that prioritise usability, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and product requirements.
    • Translate user insights and business goals into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
    • Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
    • Maintain design consistency and standards across products and platforms.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
    • Proven experience (X years) as a product designer, preferably in the health or wellness industry.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
    • Passion for healthcare and improving patient experiences.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience designing mobile applications and responsive web interfaces.
    • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
    • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
    • Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Principle, or
    • Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
