    The Creative Strategy org will be responsible for high value media partnerships, mutually beneficial brand to brand partnerships and offer ideation support to all areas of the business as and when needed.

    The CSP (Global) is one of two senior leads of the Creative team driving global creative media partnerships and global brand to brand partnerships – ensuring creative thinking is at the heart of everything we do.

    In this role you will be expected to produce best in class creative responses to high value global media briefs and understand the significance of opportunity on both consumer and commercial revenue streams.

    You will work with editorial on select brand to brand partnerships that benefit both Hearst and client brands whilst driving innovation, consumer and commercial revenue through creative responses to briefs for your dedicated vertical client industries.

    You will be a trusted creative resource for client direct and global agency sales teams and are expected to pitch ideas direct to clients in tandem with Client Partner teams.

    This is a pivotal role in furthering the creative capability of Hearst Globally.

    You will have extensive creative media experience and expertise with an excellent understanding of global nuances when producing a creative response to brief.

    You are an expert in creating a narrative that resonates with multiple markets whilst being a creative leader – someone who can deliver fresh ideas that drive cut through in a cluttered market.

    You will have a strong understanding of how to execute cross platform solutions across multiple markets and have an expert understanding of digital solutions.

    Ability to build compelling creative solution proposals answering briefs based on insight and brilliant ideas.
