    As theProject Planner coordinator, you will be responsible for organising/planning/managing all daily works and issuing jobs to the field teams.

    You will organise their delivery schedules and ensuring that the installations are progressing as expected and completed on time with Handover packs accurately recorded on the works management system.

    Aligning with the Streetworks team for permitting/notices and QC all packs and photos on completion from site.

    To be fully responsible for the coordination and scheduling of build related tasks into the existing network on the works management systems.

    Ownership of dealing with clients requests in all aspects of the project and escalating any issues to the Project Planning Manager + Programme Manager, when required.

    Good relationship and communication with onsite supervisors to ensure the Back office are aligned with the field. Deal and escalate any site issues between Streetworks /planning and programme to ensure consistency and alignment throughout build.
    Quality checks all photos and workflow completed by subcontractor through the works management system.

    Ensuring the work is up to standard and meets expectations to allow the build to be processed for payment without any kickbacks from commercial or clients.

    To be multi skilled across other areas of planning to allow cover in absences.
    Delegate any complaints received into mailbox to the appropriate persons to be dealt with at the earliest convenience.
    Participate in all calls with the client/subcontractors and your own team as and when required.
    Using and improving the works management system we use. Including capturing the commercial aspect of the job we are putting out to the field gangs.

    Following each stage of the works through to completion, ensuring there is no part of the design or network missed that will prevent us from getting RFS.

    Previous Telecoms planning experience is desired.
    A valid UK driving License is required for this position.
    Strong IT skills such as excel would be desirable.
