    About the role

    The Web Support Coordinator will deliver outstanding customer service by communicating with our online customers via email, ticket, chat & phone. The Web Support Coordinator will ensure our customer service content and FAQ's are up to date and assist with allocating orders, managing returns and liasing with other departments as necessary to solve customer enquiries.

    What you'll do in the role

    • Field all customer contacts via Phone, Live Chat, Tickets and Emails through our CXM platform.
    • Become a product expert and answer in depth customer enquiries about products and advise accordingly.
    • Liaise with the warehouse to support dispatch processes and ensure we are providing accurate information to our customers
    • Day to Day management of the returns process including processing refunds, updating logs and communicating with the customer and warehouse.
    • Ensure all delivery issues are solved to the customers satisfaction where possible.
    • Identifying repeat enquiry types and work with the Web Team to encourage self-help on website by introducing new FAQs and suggest changes toself help articles.
    • Supporting the wider DTC Team by constantly reviewing content and products on the website and highlighting inconsistencies and bugs.
    • Ensure you are a customer champion and ensure our processes and communications always represent the business in a positive and premium manner.
    • Ensure that all communications sent to the customer contain relevant and up to date information.

    What will help you do the job well

    Essential:

    • Customer service experience
    • Retail experience
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus.
    • Excitement about joining a midsize yet growing company with fast-growing brands
