- Workflow Migration and Transformation: Leverage the capabilities of the Intelligent Risk Platform and other Moody's solutions to redesign clients' insurance analytics workflows, making them smarter, much more efficient, and insightful. Design and develop repeatable solutions to key exposure management and catastrophe modelling workflows, augmentation and extension with broad Moody's data and IP opportunities.
- Put Scientific Innovations into Practice: Help clients to understand and work with HD and climate change adjusted models. Showing how they can be adapted to reflect their enhanced view of risk and rolled out systematically across their business. Implement new accumulation scenarios for non/modelled risks, to run across all portfolios simultaneously. Incorporate ESG and net-zero considerations in underwriting and reporting workflows etc.
- Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions with their strategic objectives. Act as a trusted advisor, helping them to act with confidence in their decision-making.
- Innovation Contribution: Work closely with the product development team to provide insights from clients that can inform future improvements and innovations in Moody's solutions.
- 8 years or more working at re/insurers or brokers in exposure and catastrophe risk management. Deep knowledge on the use of modelling, different workflows and stakeholder reporting.
- Proven experience leading the design, improvement and implementing better workflows and smarter insurance analytics.
- Experience leading projects or directing the activities of more junior colleagues.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including C-level.
