    With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, we cater to a diverse clientele including airlines, airports, military, and municipal authorities.

    Sales Director - Aviation GSE
    Covering EMEA - based ideally in UK or mainland Europe

    Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the aviation sector across EMEA.

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including airlines, airports, distributors, military organisations, and municipal authorities.
    Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective targets.
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to optimise customer satisfaction and retention.

    Sales Director - Aviation GSE

    Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the aviation industry, preferably in the ground support equipment sector.

    Deep understanding of the aviation market dynamics, including regulatory requirements, customer preferences, and industry trends.
    Strong network of contacts across airlines, airports, military channels, and municipal authorities in the EMEA region.
    Willingness to travel extensively within the EMEA region as required. Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives plus equity.
