- Manage payroll services, ensuring accurate and timely payments in compliance with contractual terms and HMRC regulations.
- Oversee sacrifice schemes and taxable benefits administration, including P11D management for company car fleets and private health schemes.

An exceptional career development opportunity for an experienced Payroll & Reward professional to join this high-profile origination on a permanent basis with 2-days in the office.
As Payroll & Reward Manager, you will be responsible for the overall strategy and administration of reward programs, encompassing pensions, payroll, and salary sacrifice schemes. Your focus will be on delivering a comprehensive and customer-focused reward and pay strategy, aligned with the wider HR services.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient, compliant, and seamless delivery of payroll and pension services to an employee workforce of over 1000 employees. Whilst you will lead on broader reward projects including the review of benefit and reward offerings, salary reviews & benchmarking.
Further duties include:
To be successful Payroll & Reward Manager, you will need to display extensive knowledge of leading teams across reward, pensions, payroll and benefits. In addition to excellent legislation knowledge whilst CIPP qualification is preferred.
