    Purpose of role: Drive our business interests within the dynamic offshore wind sector. The primary purpose is to strategically manage our OSW asset portfolio,cultivate customer relationships, drive revenue and capital growth, and ensure compliance throughout the asset lifecycle. The role plays a crucial part in optimisingvalue, mitigating risks, and identifying growth opportunities within the unique challenges of the sector.

    Main Accountabilities:

    • Business Development and Customer Engagement: Lead thecharge in developing business interests by fostering strongcustomer relationships, engaging in commercial negotiations,and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth
    • Agreement and Lease Management: Oversee agreements forlease, license, and lease management processes, ensuringcompliance and alignment with organisational goals
    • Asset Performance and Reporting: Manage the day-to-dayperformance of assets, including reporting requirements anddata analysis to guide informed decision-making
    • Asset Disposal and Investment Management: Oversee assetdisposal processes, including leases and investments, whileoptimising value and ensuring regulatory compliance
    • Test & Development Projects: Manage test and developmentprojects, driving innovation and technological advancementswithin the offshore wind sector
    • Contract Negotiation and Compliance: Lead contractnegotiation efforts and ensure contract compliance, adhering tohealth and safety regulations and business standards
    • Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance: Implementrobust risk management strategies and ensure compliance withregulatory and Health & Safety standards, fostering a secureoperational environment
    • Business Development and Commercial Due Diligence: Identifypotential opportunities for value optimisation and growththrough strategic business development and commercial duediligence

    Knowledge, experience & skills

    • Proven track record in asset management, business development, and customer
      engagement, ideally within offshore wind but with an ability to demonstrate transferable skills
    • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen to drive revenue and capital
      growth
    • In-depth understanding of lease agreements, investment management, andasset disposal processes
    • Proficiency in contract negotiation, compliance, and risk management
    • Familiarity with and interest in regulatory and Health & Safety compliance

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement
