    Description

    W e arerecruiting a Delivery Manager for our quickly expanding Adult Education team across West Yorkshire. Your focus will be to ensure our Trainers arefully supported to manage their caseloads, and liaise with our partners across West Yorkshire.

    Whilst we can ' t promise that every day will be the same, your keyresponsibilities are likely to be: - Managing an effective team of Tutors.

    Contributing to managing capacity andcapabilities within the team to forecast future recruitment needs.

    Work closely with the OperationsDirector to ensure the sector and business achieves its objectives.

    Conducting 1-1's and appraisals withyour team members, ensuring the team is managed consistently and effectively.

    Ensuring that team communications areintegral and contribute towards successful achievement of the sector objectivesand are in-line with Company messages and behaviours.

    Working in community settings toassist with the recruitment of learners.

    Recruiting, inducting, managing anddeveloping colleagues to deliver the standard required.

    Ensuring excellent quality standardsby providing a great experience for learners, their employees, and yourcolleagues.

    Working closely with our quality teamto ensure the delivery is appropriately supported and is responsive to qualityactions, to achieve a high standard of delivery.

    Providing and promoting excellentcustomer service with internal and external customers, dealing responsibly andtimely with customer concerns where these arise.

    About You - Experience in a management rolewithin a further education setting

    Experience in managing a team oftutors

    Demonstrable experience of developingyour sector

    Can demonstrate the ability tosupport and initiate change as required .

    Must have driving licence and own mode of transport

    Always strives to improve workpractices and processes to suit business needs
