- Entering customer orders into Oracle ERP system and liaising with customer and internal departments to ensure they are processed, invoiced, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Working with overseas colleagues and booking in shipments as they arrive from various overseas countries into the warehouse in Netherlands, or transit warehouse in Middle East and third parties (such as Amazon) who have stock in their warehouses across Europe.
- Liaising with suppliers including third party warehouse and logistics companies.
- Maintaining customer and product databases.
- Working with the sales team to issue and/or maintain quotes in Salesforce CRM.
- Checking claims from customers for special price and processing accordingly.
- Excellent command of the English language both written and oral.
- Strong customer focus and a commitment to provide a quality service.
- Previous experience in a sales processing, customer focused, procurement or export, import shipping role.
- PC literate in Microsoft programmes, particularly Excel.
- Experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience using an ERP (Enterprise Content Management) tool such as Oracle.
- Bonus of up to 21% paid quarterly
