Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a dynamic role where you can empower managers and drive positive employee relations?

Iconic Resourcing is supporting our client in their search for a talented HR Advisor to join their team in Glasgow on a full-time permanent basis.

This role primarily involves on-site work with the flexibility for one day of remote work per week, with occasional opportunities for additional remote days.

Responsibilities:

Provide HR advisory services on a range of employment and employee relations matters.
Offer advice, support, and coaching to managers on talent management activities.
Support investigation and disciplinary processes.
Complete monthly payrolls.
Assist in project deployments and administrative tasks.
Deliver HR inductions and support annual compensation planning.
Prepare HR Management Information for continuous improvement.
Provide advice on Occupational Health and safety matters.
Participate in HR meetings and projects.
Support activities promoting diversity, inclusion, and customer excellence.

Requirements:

Proven HR experience at advisor level.
Advanced Excel and Word skills.
Understanding of UK employment legislative framework.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Ability to navigate complex organisational relationships.
