    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote position is exclusively open to candidates based in the Philippines.

    As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be instrumental in sourcing and attracting top talent, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for all candidates.


    Candidate Sourcing:

    Utilize various strategies to identify and engage potential candidates, including databases, online job boards, social media, and professional networks.

    # Candidate Relationship Management:

    Foster strong relationships with candidates, provide timely feedback, address queries, and guarantee a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

    # Database Management:
    Maintain an up-to-date and accurate recruitment database, tracking all candidate interactions and statuses.
    # Collaboration:
    Work closely with fellow recruiters, hiring managers, and HR professionals to comprehend job requirements and enhance recruitment strategies.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
    Proficient in recruitment software and candidate management systems.
    Outstanding networking and relationship-building skills.
    Familiarity with current recruitment trends and methods.

    Salary:
    PHP 38,000 - PHP 40,000 monthly

    Location:
    Remote (Open only to candidates based in the Philippines)
