    Description

    FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We're representing a B-Corp business that helps to kickstart careers in the Technology industry, they're looking to hire a Bid Manager.

    This role is hybrid working with 3 days a week in central London, and is paying £40,000 plus benefits.

    As the Bid Manager, you work as part of the Compliance Team, and closely with the Sales Team to manage, write and prepare all bids, tenders and RFIs.

    Working with the relevant Account Manager, the Bid Manager will manage a client opportunity from qualification through to contract award. This includes understanding deliverables, assigning responsibilities, strategy development, and commercial considerations Responsibilities include the implementation of all necessary bid procedures, governance, and processes.

    In addition, this role will oversee and manage all Public Sector Framework applications, and renewals. A knowledge and understanding of the Government Framework structure, and subsequent application is vital.
