- Develop and manage project documentation and reporting systems, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers in project governance and systems.
- Coordinate status reports for stakeholders and steering groups, identify risks and issues, and address resource bottlenecks early.
- Conduct project management office activities, including planning, monitoring, reporting, and communication.
- Lead smaller sub-projects and provide facilitation support in workshops and meetings.
