    Role Overview:
    Your primary objective is to collaborate with Consulting Engineers to secure business specifications for our range of products. Working closely with internal and external teams, you'll ensure both personal and the businesses targets are met.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Devote the majority of your time to securing specifications and influencing M&E consultants and building services consultants.
    Cultivate relationships with MEP contractors and M&E contractors while developing new and existing customers.
    Take charge of business development in your territory.
    Achieve agreed sales targets and margins, maintaining effective communication with customers.
    Assess HVAC specifications, conduct technical design reviews, and prepare detailed quotations.
    Maintain a continuous pipeline in the CRM system, updating opportunities from initial contact to order placement.


    Requirements:
    City and Guilds or NVQ in HVAC heating and plumbing / Air conditioning subjects. Member of CIBSE.
    Minimum 5-10 years in the HVAC industry, with established contacts in the consultancy specification market. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    Results-driven, team player, customer-focused, decision-maker.
    Highly organised, proactive, effective communicator, problem-solver, enthusiastic.
