- Data-Driven Design: Lead the charge in designing, implementing, and managing all compensation programs. Leverage market data to ensure our packages are competitive and keep us ahead of the curve.
- Job Architect: Evaluate and classify jobs to create a fair and consistent salary structure. Build a clear and accurate job grading system that simplifies the process for everyone.
- Benefits: Manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring smooth operation and optimal service from our vendors. Analyse existing benefits and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Performance Powerhouse: Work with HR and management to link compensation and benefits with performance management. Design incentive programs that drive employee motivation and productivity.
- Communication Champion: Develop clear and engaging communication channels to educate employees and candidates about the full value of our reward programs. Lead the creation of a dedicated Compensation Sharepoint page to keep everyone informed.
- Knows Compensation Inside-Out: Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role is a must.
- Tech Experience: Experience in the IT Services and Solutions sector, ideally in channel. Experience in a high-growth environment with a strong understanding of compensation and reward programs.
- Data & Analytics Master: Strong analytical and quantitative skills to analyse and interpret data are essential.
- Excellent Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively and present ideas persuasively.
- Sales Environment: Knowledge of commission schemes and designing compensation plans suited to a high growth-high reward sales environment.
- Payroll: Experience with HRIS/payroll platforms are a plus.
