    Description

    Based in our lovely Sheffield office in Sheffield City Centre 3 days per week, the other 2 days are up to you (wfh or office)

    This role is based at Vouch, part of the Goodlord Group

    This role would be a great fit for you if you have experience working in the Lettings Industry or previous experience in an account management or similar commercial style role

    • The Opportunity:

  • You'll be working with and managing a pool of mid level accounts, who are changing the way they do business by using Vouch's products and services
  • You will work proactively on solving challenging external and internal issues to identify and implement creative solutions for our customers using our products
  • You will be up-selling and cross-selling additional product features to our existing customers
  • We love to utilise data to ensure that we are maximising the commercial return from our customers by monitoring the continual use of our products and services.

    • What we need from you:

  • You have worked in an Account Management OR similar commercial role OR the lettings industry
  • You're an outstanding relationship builder and have experience managing and leading customer relationships.
  • You have commercial experience that allows you to provide a consultative approach to upsell and product adoption
