To own and take responsibility for the work, in terms of the final product, e.g. consistency, creativity, deadline management, accuracy and quality in accordance with the Bank template and corporate guidelines.Take responsibility for the management of the document, within time and quality parameters, handling customer queries relating to these documents.
The Senior Presentations Specialist will spend 80% of their time operational, with the remainder spent working with their team, providing 1-2-1 feedback and development opportunities.
The Senior Operator will report into their respective Team Leader and will report on team metrics and development. To produce aesthetically pleasing presentation materials within Bank's branding guidelinesTo drive high quality and accuracy within the team
To take ownership for the quality of your work and the associated deadlines
Understanding and ensuring adherence of objectives and contractual obligations (Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators) for yourself and the team
To record attendance of the team (Annual Leave/Sickness Absence/etc.)
Ensure all work is quality checked before being returned to the client
~ Ensure complete submission of work to be randomly quality checked
~ Adherence of department policies and procedures
~ Performance Reviews with the team, ensuring development plans are in place and key objectives are set for the individuals within the team
Knowledge of graphics production software (Adobe Creative Suite) essential
An interest in next generation of Presentations and providing innovative digital solutions is desired
Exposure to a shift environment would be beneficial
