    Marketing Campaign Manager – Edinburgh Head Office with hybrid working

    CHASE is the UK's leading independent provider of outsourced solutions to commercial and medical teams in the life sciences industry. Our solutions include customer engagement, NHS partnership working, recruitment and brand strategy & management. We also provide pharmacist-led clinical services into the NHS through Medacy; a CHASE company.

    We are now seeking a highly capable and experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to generate and nurture leads with existing and potential clients in the UK.

    The successful candidate will join our growing marketing team. This role will be responsible for creating and curating content to share with our clients and candidates across our web, social, email, paid ads, events and other channels.

    The role is home based with the requirement to be in our Head Office in Edinburgh 2 days a week, with line management responsibility of a Marketing Assistant.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy
    • Define key messaging pillars and content themes to drive brand awareness
    • Create and curate high-quality and engaging content assets, including copy preparation, for website pages, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics and social media
    • Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, paid advertising and events
    • Collaborate with marketing team colleagues and cross-functional teams to develop campaign briefs, creative assets, and messaging strategies that align with campaign objectives and target audience segments
    • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive leads and pipeline growth
    • Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyse results, and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement
    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on campaign performance and ROI

    Qualifications and experience required:

    • Marketing degree or diploma
    • Proficiency in planning, executing and optimising multichannel B2B campaigns to generate and nurture leads
    • Strong writing and creative skills to develop engaging and relevant content such as articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, video scripts and social media posts
    • Ability to coordinate, automate and track campaigns across channels
    • Ability to optimise content for search engine optimisation
    • Competent in analysing campaign performance metrics and using insights to enhance future campaigns and content delivery
    • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms with ideas on how to engage our audiences to attract new clients and candidates
    • An understanding of the life sciences industry and ABPI Code is a distinct advantage
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with colleagues across functions to gather and steer relevant information for content
