    Freelance with a 2-3 week paid training periodOverview:Can-Land Music is seeking a skilled Freelance Assistant to support the Head Composer in music production for television shows and commercials.

    Across many genres - pop, rock, orchestral.

    This role is designed for an individual who is deeply passionate about music, highly organized, and can seamlessly multitask in a dynamic and fast environment.


    Responsibilities:
    Assist in various stages of music production.
    Manage and organize digital assets, including stems, folders, and files.
    Maintain the calendar, manage scheduling, and handle client communications.
    Actively observe and learn the music production process, providing support while maintaining the creative flow.
    Handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.


    Requirements:
    Experience in music production with a portfolio of work samples.
    Proficiency in Logic Pro.
    Excellent organizational skills and exceptional multitasking ability.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.


    Qualifications:
    Talented musician/music producer Demonstrable administrative capabilities with a track record of managing complex tasks.

    Desire to learn and adapt to Can-Land's workflowOffer:
    Competitive pay based on a freelance structure, with initial training compensated. Future work plans to be determined based on performance and project availability.
