    We are a diverse, international team of extremely talented and capable individuals who work together to exceed the clients' expectations in every element of every contract.

    We are seeking for another Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Talent Acquisition team to bring your current experience into the Contractor and Permanent Change Management Arena, internationally.

    Help us find and attract excellent talent.

    Based in the UK, you will work with the regional leadership team in Europe to find and maintain a network of talent to support our needs in the region.

    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, this may be your step into an In-house environment, or a further opportunity to develop your recruitment skills in Engineering, Language and Transformation projects, supporting the sourcing and end-to-end recruitment process to finding successful employees and contractors across the UK, European region, and internationally when required.

    These profiles will have an engineering and language bias in change management or from industry making the transition into consulting.

    To support this, we will look for language skills within our Recruitment Team where possible, German, French Spanish, preferably.
    Assist to build talent pipelines to attract and acquire high quality candidates via sourcing, head-hunting, LinkedIn or networking, utilising profiles in our own CRM System
    Work with the Hiring Managers to understand the job requirements and business goals, help to close the positions.

    Arrange and carry out screening and introduction calls to build the recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, offer stage etc).

    Experienced how to research, identify and source qualified candidates from Linked or another network proactively.
    Fully utilise the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and update the recruitment process or feedback.
    At least 2-3 years' experience from a relevant recruitment agency or inhouse background. Preferable from Management Consulting, Industrial, Engineering, O&G, Manufacturing type roles.
    Willing to work in an agile manner across the time zones when needed.
    Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and building networks.
    Flexible and adaptable character
    Fluent in both written and spoken English, advantageous to have German/French language skills.
