    Services Managers are an integral part of Command Alkon's goal to deliver fully integrated technological solutions to the heavy building materials industry, and provide A+ customer experienc while supporting our customers' businesses.

    As an Service Manager, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to help our customers develop technological systems and solutions based off the specific needs of an organization, decreasing the utilization gap of our solutions.

    Provide a leadership presence on Strategic level customer projects, for both the Integrations and Implementations function, from the sales handoff to ongoing support, with a proven ability to manage complex and large-scale projects


    • Leverage team data to identify opportunities to improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes; spearhead the design and implementation of solutions and measure their impact
    • Keep a healthy customer satisfaction, by properly delivering on projects and on ongoing support. Manage the delivery of high-quality, results-driven, and timely technical support through effective resource development, scheduling, and coordination with our global support organization ensuring our response meets established support commitment targets for incident treatment and resolution.
    • Plan and execute activities targeted to prepare the Support organization to support new and evolving product offerings. Assure that Support training plans and materials are in place, support best practices are defined, and Support staff are sufficiently trained.
    • Mentor and encourage the support team in a fair and positive manner, empowering the team to proactively remove barriers, guard complexity, and illustrate a sense of urgency.
    • Recognize and eliminate obstacles that prevent the team from providing high-quality, results-driven, and timely customer support. Work proactively to identify and address trending support topics.
    • Drive effective usage of internal systems to improve efficiency and quality of the support experience
    • Provide coaching and oversight on the execution of established policies and business processes
    • Measure, analyze, and report on team performance. Develop, implement, and execute strategies to achieve Service commitment targets.
    • Manage resource plans and schedules based historical and current support demand trends. Ensure resource schedule is optimized to achieve Service commitment targets.
    • Promote continuous product improvement efforts by encouraging an environment accountability, trust, and collaboration between Support, Product, and Engineering organizations. Continuously reinforce the Support organizations' obligation to actively participate in efforts to improve the usability, reliability, and supportability of our products.
    • Showing empathy to customers, acknowledging, and sharing customer experiences and real-world examples to raise organizational awareness and drive action.
    • Delight our customers by providing consistent support experiences with minimal customer wait times, clear issue ownership, effective communication, and commitment to deliver quality solutions.
    • Develop strong professional relationships built on trust, respect, self-awareness, inclusion, and open communication
    Excellent people management skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate and achieve results with direct reports and stakeholders


    • Demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence
    • Proven experience in building, developing, and leading a team of technical support experts to achieve desired customer treatment targets.
    • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of time critical technical support.
    • Innovative mindset with a desire to implement support industry best practices through continuous improvement of processes, policies, tools, and employee development.
    • Experience in measuring and improving work methods, procedures, and systems to increase customer satisfaction while reducing overall support demand.
    • Outcome oriented with strong planning and execution skills.
    • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills including collaboration, mentorship, and coaching.
    • Eager and responsive to help others. Reacts with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
