- Hours/week: 35 hours per week.
- Deliver excellent client experience through telephony, chat, and written communication
- Handle complex situations within Mortgages, resolving digital queries and complaints
- Assist new customers in setting up accounts for online investments
- Ensure client requests are fulfilled accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third parties to resolve client queries
- Gather information to make informed decisions with an analytical approach
- Drive continuous improvements, share best practices, and report customer issues
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Strong and empathetic communicator, providing seamless service
- Organized with excellent time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
