    Finance Manager

    As the Finance Manager , you will report directly to the owners and play a key role within the senior leadership team.

    You will be responsible for the company's day-to-day financial operations of this £4m turnover business, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, adherence to regulatory mandates, and the establishment of robust financial strategies and controls.

    Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
    Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    Liaise with External Auditors and coordinate the audit process.
    Develop cash management strategies to optimise financial resources.
    Oversee tax planning and compliance activities, coordinating with external Tax Advisors as necessary.
    Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
    Contribute to the financial strategic planning of the organization, providing financial insights to support business decision-making.
    Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations and the broader business.

    Ideally you will be qualified or part qualified CIMA or ACCA or qualified by experience (QBE).
