    SaaS Product Manager – Dynamic Allocation - Birmingham/Hybrid - £80,000 & Bonus & Benefits

    Location: UK - Birmingham / Remote/Hybrid with periodic travel to various airport sites (anticipated 2 to 3 days at airport sites every 2 weeks)

    Our client are a software house dedicated to improving the way the world moves.

    Based near Birmingham Airport, they pride themselves on employing amazing people and giving them the freedom to deliver brilliant things.

    The Role:

    They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager / Owner to lead the evolution and operational integration of our Dynamic Allocation System (DAS), having a real focus on the adoption of AI (ML) and setting the stage for future integration with Connected Autonomous Vehicles (CAV). Role Description: As a Product Manager for Dynamic Allocation, you will be instrumental in:

    ● Data-Driven Innovation: Harnessing extensive data analytics to drive product development and optimisation, ensuring our solutions leverage data to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.

    ● Strategic KPI Identification: Defining and monitoring key performance indicators that align with our strategic objectives, enabling us to measure success and identify areas for improvement rigorously.

    ● Operational Insight and Integration: Gaining a deep understanding of our customers' operational processes, ensuring that our solutions are perfectly tailored to enhance their operational workflows and user experiences.

    ● Product Strategy and Development: Overseeing the product lifecycle from conceptualisation to deployment, ensuring our solutions meet market needs and adhere to our high standards of operational excellence.

    ● Cross-functional leadership: Collaborating with R&D, engineering, and operations teams to align product development with customer expectations and company objectives.

    ● Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across various industries, understanding their challenges, and positioning our products to solve their unique needs.

    ● Industry Advocacy: Representing the business at industry events, articulating the value and innovation of our Dynamic Allocation technology to a broad audience.

    Candidate Profile:

    ● Experience: Proven track record in product management, particularly within technology-driven projects. Experience in operational research, logistics, or automotive industries is highly desirable. ● Skills: Exceptional analytical thinker with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for strategic planning and execution.

    ● Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel and work across airports and operational sites as needed.
