    Description

    The Marketing Senior Manager will support the delivery of the Commercial Hemoglobinopathies marketing strategy by overseeing development of HCP and/or patient and caregiver tactics, measuring those tactics for success and ensuring they are delivered to customers effectively.

    This role will also participate in the development of the annual brand plan to achieve business objectives.

    This is an extremely exciting role working on the 1st Hemoglobinopathy Gene Editing Medicine Vertex will launch across the International region.

    The UK Senior Marketing Manager, Commercial Hemoglobinopathies will work cross functionally with the International and UK cross-functional colleagues to develop and execute a commercial strategy built on deep stakeholder insights.

    Experienced in pharmaceutical marketing, with proven track record
    Understanding of regulatory rules and regulations
    Ability to understand all elements of brand strategy and role in executing that strategy
    Experience with brand planning

    Exhibits ownership and broad accountability for projects and internal assignments; understand when it is appropriate to flag issues to senior management.

    Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word

    Relevant marketing experience or related experience required with a proven track record of developing and delivering successful brand launch strategies and tactics in UK, Europe or Global marketing.

    ~ Skilled in leading and influencing cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external scientific and commercial stakeholders.
    ~ An entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to develop creative, innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
    ~ Excellent project management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize
    ~ Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or science required
