    Mandarin speaking Catering Manager , London

    Start:

    are fluent in Mandarin Chinese
    have Food & Beverage management experience in Central Kitchens
    are familiar with Implement Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
    Identify suitable locations for the central kitchen facilities based on delivery platform demand and geographic reach.

    Coordinate with real estate agents and contractors for kitchen setup and design, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

    Implement Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols to maintain food safety standards.
    Source and establish relationships with high-quality ingredient suppliers to maintain product consistency and quality.
    Oversee kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety.
    Bachelor's degree in Hospitality management, Food & Beverage Management or a related field.
    Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
    Solid experience in foodservice management, preferably in a central kitchen or fast-food environment.
    Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, and quality control practices.
    Proven track record of project management, including site selection, setup, and launch.
    Proficient in MS Office suite and restaurant management software.
