    Permanent full-time contract. Working 5 days out of 7, with weekend work (typically one weekend every three weeks).

    Your Role as Catering Manager

    We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as Catering Manager at one of our Government Defence contracts which delivers catering, retail and leisure facilities to the Armed Forces.

    As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering excellence in food and catering services while representing Sodexo's values.

    As a catering manager your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities critical to our site's success. You will strive for quality in everything that you do whilst also handling customer feedback promptly and effectively. Collaboration with other department managers is key to planning and executing service activities efficiently.
    Your focus on service excellence will ensure the operation's smooth functioning and contribute to its growth and success.
    Relevant management/catering experience
    # Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the service industry at a comparable level.
    # BSC (Catering), MHCIM, HND, City and Guilds 706/1 and 2, NVQ level 2 and 3, and an intermediate level food safety certificate.
    # Knowledge of health & safety and food safety regulations.
    # Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
