    At Gala, we work remotely with flexibility; We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate.

    You will be the face of Gala Music, helping our users and artists navigate our Web 3 music platform, providing exceptional assistance, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

    Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.

    Provide accurate information and guidance to users regarding our Web 3 music platform, including features, functionalities, and troubleshooting assistance.

    Assist users in resolving issues related to account management, payments, content uploads, and other platform-related activities.
    Maintain a deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications within the music industry.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Web 3 technologies, and competitors to provide informed support to users.
    Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
    Proven experience in customer support, preferably within an entertainment or Web 3 company.
    Strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized platforms.
    Ability to empathize with users and provide exceptional customer service.
    Ability to work independently, remotely and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Technical proficiency and ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
    Strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized platforms
    Familiarity with digital music platforms and the music industry is a plus.
